I am absolutely sure I left it in my room besides a bed on the Second day. However, after coming back to the room on the second day, I realized it has gone even though I didn't bring anywhere and I tried to figure it out where it was. Also, they charged for something on the last day even though we changed a credit card completely. It could be fix it, but it was extremely annoying to do it every time when we open and close them. If you use for a business trip, it is okay, but you should think well for leisure trips. It was amazing to access to Universal Orlando and Outlet malls.
Good location only when visiting Universal, which was the purpose of our stay. It’s a little far from International Drive, but again, our goal was Universal and the hotel was perfect for our needs. My room was clean and smelled great, the area was quiet, staff were nice... The pool was nice temperature and breakfast great.
