I'm not too sure why but I am a bit upset with not going back. I have nothing negative to say about St. Francis Heights or St. Francis Pavilion their sister building. On December 17th I was admitted to St. Francis Heights skilled nursing home and it was an awful experience. The commode chair was unstable and I had to ask for it to be fixed.

The staff here are all very nice and treat patients with care. Also I see how they care for my roommates they are always kind. I had to be taken to the hospital and now after a few weeks I had hoped to be returned to what I felt like my home to me. It turns out that I will not be returning to St. Francis Heights.

My mom was recovering from a broken hip, had pneumonia, has congestive heart failure and stage 4 kidney disease.

I checked with state licensing and there is no licensing guideline about how long convalescent hospitals can take to respond to an emergency buzzer.
